​This Valentine's Day, chef-owner Lydia Shire is bringing love-laced specials to Scampo at the Liberty Hotel.


To start, Chef Shire and team will dish out Oysters on the Half Shell with scallops ceviche and horseradish crema ($22) and Tandori Shrimp with taziki sauce and red sorrel salad ($24).


For main courses, there is the Long Bone Veal Chop with beet ravioli and sautéed porcini mushrooms ($48) and #1 Rare Tuna with lover's risotto and blood orange vinaigrette ($42).


The dessert special is the Raspberry Rose Delight with an almond macaroon, white chocolate rosewater, buttercream and raspberry sorbet ($12).
