Do you have an idea to help bring your community together? Come to the Urbanism Pitch Night at CultureHouse!
Have you ever taken a nice stroll down your neighborhood and thought about how awesome it would be if that abandoned parking lot were turned into a flourishing community garden? Have you ever wanted to bring together the people on your street for a yearly Block Party, but didn’t know how to make it happen? Have you ever thought about any changes that would help bring your community together and promote better livability in the places you already interact with? If anything like this has or similarly applies to you, then oh do we have an event for you!
Please join us on August 3rd from 6:30-8:00PM for an Urbanism Pitch Night at Culture House Headquarters! It will be a chance for you to bring (“pitch”) an idea you have that will contribute to the social infrastructure of your community–bringing people together and providing access to fun events and even more amazing opportunities while activating unused spaces. Pitch your idea and connect with Culture House and fellow community members on how you might make it a reality!
So what do you need for an event as fun as this? Simply bring yourself and an idea! You’ll have the chance to talk to other community members throughout the greater Boston area, share ideas, and have the opportunity to hear something new!
