As part of the School's 20th Annual Celebration of Craft, NBSS is hosting two interpretive tours led by makers in our Student & Alumni Exhibit. Artisans will lead an intimate group of attendees through their own unique process of creating highly detailed, technical work for the Exhibit.

In this first session, NBSS Violin Making & Repair student Nathan Abbe VM '20 will share his process for making the exemplary violin on display and then lead a behind-the-scenes tour of the Violin Making & Repair program space. Concept, inspiration, materials, fabrication process, and finishing will all be discussed, with questions encouraged throughout.

Free and open to the public, but space is limited. Please RSVP at nbss.edu/calendar.
