Philadelphia Distilling, known for the award-winning Bluecoat American Dry Gin and distillery structured like a workshop, will host its first UNITED WE CREATE event on Sunday, October 14 at their stylish HQ in Fishtown. The four-hour celebration will feature mixology on display at the cocktail bar – overlooking the hand-hammered copper stills and gin production – and live demonstrations from makers and designers ranging from bar cart construction, glass blowing, to a terrarium designer using recycled gin bottles. Guest Chef Scott Schroeder from Hungry Pigeon will be in the kitchen pairing cuisine with cocktails.
In addition, muralist Marcos Monteiro from Monteiro Studio, will create a new mural that illustrates Philadelphia’s great and gritty industrial past and the modern spirit of Bluecoat American Dry Gin.
Event is open to the public with free admission.
