Txakoli FEST!
Txakoli (pronounced [cha-ko-lee] or Chacolí ) is a slightly sparkling, very dry white wine with high acidity and low alcohol content produced in the Spanish provinces of the Basque Country, Cantabria and northern Burgos. It’s made from the equally easy to say grapes of Hondarribi Zuri, Munemahatsa and Hondarribi Beltza. Yeah, whatever.
Here’s what matters - The Blue Room, BELLY wine bar and Central Bottle are joining forces AGAIN to bring the Boston/Cambridge wine masses a fantastically fun food + wine event - Txakoli Fest! (our 4th ANNUAL).
We'll be filling our lush urban patio with thirsty and hungry souls looking to have at 5 different txakoli, funky natural Basque cider and lots and lots of pig, squid, grilled sardines, charred green onions + romesco. You can meander indoors too, but with the wood-burning grill fired up, twinkly lights, people porróning from the balconies – who wants to stay indoors?

$45 is for ALL food + Txakoli.
