We're flying Miami-based Simone, creator of BossChick twerk classes, to bring you a 60 Minute Hip-Hop, Dancehall, and Afrobeats Twerkout including core strengthening session, and end of class choreography...

Please note Healthworks is an all women's gym. Men are welcome to take the class at Republic Fitness.
