Tuscan Kitchen Debuts Late-Summer Cocktail Menu in Burlington

BURLINGTON, MA– Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington is debuting a late-summer “Bar Italiano” cocktail menu to savor the final stretch of the season. Available indoors or al fresco on the sun-filled patio, Tuscan’s new offerings celebrate artisan Italian spirits and quintessential summer sips.

For offerings with an Italian twist, try the Tuscan Tini with citrus vodka, limoncello, basil and lemon ($14), the Limonata Rosso with house-infused raspberry vodka, limoncello and prosecco ($13) or the Manhattan Project, a bourbon-based cocktail laced with Luxardo Maraschino, Averna Amaro, fresh lemon and burnt orange ($16).

Summertime specialties include the Strawberry Mojito with rum, strawberries, mint and lime ($13); Hot Thyme Summer in the City with tequila, Calabrian chiles, thyme and lime ($12); the Cetriolo Collins, cucumber-infused vodka with lemon and basil ($12); The Bitter Kiss with bubbles, violet liqueur, Elderflower liqueur and hibiscus flower ($13); and, a Cucumber Cosmo with citrus vodka, orange liqueur, cucumber and white cranberry juice ($13).

For sangrias and spritzes, there is a Sangria Rosso and Sangria Bianco ($13 each) as well as a Moscato Spritzer with orange vodka, Moscato and blood orange ($13). The drink list is rounded out with a collection of non-alcoholic craft libations and a curated selection of beers available by the bottle, can and on draught.
