Troubleshooting Your Meditation

Bring your questions and concerns to a professional meditation teacher. Find out what to do when your meditation isn’t what you think it should be. Learn the significance of your experiences, even of your difficulties. After answering your questions, and helping with your meditation problems, we’ll meditate together. In order to create the optimal learning experience, we ask that all students have their cameras on for the duration of the class.
