How do you access the mind of abused black and brown men? Triggered follows a day in the life of two such men, one named Malik and the other named Keith. As they share their stories, we are forced to come to terms with how our urge to suppress, hide and lock away the experiences, thoughts and feelings that feed the very thing we most fear. Malik and Keith are played by Keith Mascoll (SAG-AFTRA, AEA) and is directed by John Oluwole Adekoje.


The Triggered experience is a 90-minute long tour-de-force followed by a talkback facilitated by mental health clinicians.


Run time: one and a half hours plus one intermission.
