On Tuesday, September 28 at 11 a.m., and Saturday, October 9 at 1:30 p.m., you can take a tour of the trees at Gore Place, the historic estate in Waltham and Watertown. We'll talk about the science and history of individual trees and species on the beautiful grounds, pointing out some of the most noticeable and iconic trees nearest the historic mansion. This one-hour tour is all outdoors. Tour guides will meet you at the Carriage House, adjacent to the parking lot. Please dress for the weather. The tour is designed for adults; however, we welcome youth aged six and up to join us. Advance tickets are required. To order, visit goreplace.org.
