Join Kate O'Donnell, Director of Down Under's Ayurveda School to integrate the energizing, purifying, and bright practices of Ayurveda's spring routines. You will explore the principles and practice of cleansing and specific daily rhythms, or Dinacharya, to help move winter stagnation, improve digestion, and promote peace of mind. Kate will also guide you in a spring Ayurvedic yoga practice, and a few seasonal diet and lifestyle recommendations from this ancient science.
