Are you ready to take the next step in your practice or curious about the next level? Join Susan Elena for a deeper and more detailed study of the basic asanas, including the standing poses and how they inform and develop into inversions. Students will expand their knowledge of Iyengar Yoga in a laboratory environment where we look at how the different categories of poses influence one another. Bring your questions, notebooks and a sense of adventure!
Great workshop for those who have been practicing alignment based yoga for a minimum of one year with a strong foundation in standing poses and want to learn how to practice inversions.
