Train Like A Pro is back! After a successful opening event in Boston Common on Sept 10th, Mario Hines and Ricky Igbani are back to bring Xplosive Performance Academy (Massachusetts) to Boston.


Have you ever wonder how NFL players train?


If you want to test your body and train like a PRO, come and join us!


This 55 minute class will test your limits and push you to reconnect with your body to maximize alignment, balance, and core strength. The keys to healthy long term living!


It is open to ALL LEVELS, however, expect to break a sweat! $15 and ONLY 30 SLOTS AVAILABLE! (10 slots per hour session). Easy Access via the T and free parking!


It will be lead by Mario Hines and co-taught by Ricky Igbani.


*Mario Hines is the Director of Operations/Head Trainer of Xplosive Performance Academy - Massachusetts location. Mario is a former professional football player from Detroit, MI w/ NFL (Philadelphia Eagles/Indianapolis Colts - 2008), AFL (Kentucky Horsemen/Wheeling Wildcats - 2009, 2010), and GFL (Ravensburg Razorbacks/Bonn Gamecocks - 2013, 2014, 2015) experience after attending Robert Morris University (2004-2008) where he was a 2 time All Conference and All American selection and graduated with a degree in corporate communications. Mario was rated a top 40 WR by Pro Football Weekly’s 2008 Annual Draft Guide. Mario, also, has 7 years experience/knowledge in personal training between apprenticing behind Tom Myslinski, strength and conditioning coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, and being one of the top trainers at a sports training facility in Dearborn Heights, MI. Mario is now bringing the expert athletic training of Xplosive Performance Academy to Massachusetts for athletes ages 8 to professional and also adult fitness training of all ages!.
