Juliet's Tuesday Salon Series Returns


At this event, we will show you everything we've thrown away. We talk about sustainability and limiting waste, especially food waste, but we decided to take a serious look inward, and invite you to look with us.


This event will open with a brief presentation from our chefs followed by discussion with a team of restaurant professionals and journalists about food waste in general, our waste specifically, and ideas about how it can be decreased.

Refreshments will be served, yup, we'll prepare them out of what might have otherwise been wasted. The bar will be open.
