Chef Dante de Magistris is serving up the ultimate menu perfectly paired with Westland Whiskey varietals. On February 19, guests will have the opportunity to speak with Nick and Zach Taylor of Taylor & Taylor Whiskey Co. and learn the background behind the whiskey presented throughout the evening. Westland Distillery is an award-winning distillery that meticulously and responsibly sources its wood, malt, and water from Seattle Washington, making for a truly unique product.
