A blend of the hottest moves in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Latin Dance, this cardio-intensive class utilizes the Light Up Your Core Technique; a holistic approach to core strength creating a toned, lean, sexy body.
All proceeds of the VivaOmm® Class Series with Reebok Boston will benefit the Veterans Yoga Project, which supports recovery and resilience through the practice of yoga. We invite you to join the VivaOmm® community in our mission to #GiveWithPassion this November, helping honored veterans to live joyful and full lives empowered by movement while enjoying a fun and invigorating workout.
