The Ultimate Tailgate Party 2017

This celebrated annual fundraiser is a perfect way to support our work! The best chefs, the coolest restaurants, fabulous cocktails, and one of a kind auction experiences come together to benefit Boston’s beloved Lovin’ Spoonfuls.

Set against Boston Harbor, Red Sox & Patriots DJ TJ Connelly spins a backdrop of perfect party tunes, and the programming will be emcee’d by our friend and Culinary Panel member, celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern!

Attendees enjoy food from restaurants like Toro, Myers+Chang, Coppa Enoteca, Puritan & Company, and over 20 others. Sip on complimentary cocktails, seasonal craft beer from Peak Organic Brewing, as well as fine wine and bubbles from sponsor, M.S. Walker. The Ultimate Tailgate Party also features a silent auction with exclusive food and travel experiences, plus a photo booth stocked with everyone’s favorite football memorabilia.

The party kicks off with an exclusive VIP hour from 6pm-7pm featuring a dazzling display of incredible cheeses, charcuterie & oysters, courtesy of Wasik's Cheese Shop, New England Charcuterie, and Island Creek Oysters. A limited number of VIP tickets are available, and give you acccess to sparkling wine, a signature cocktail and all the cheese and charcuterie you desire!

Each year Lovin' Spoonfuls presents the Thomas M. Menino Award for Leadership to one deserving individual. This year, Lovin’ Spoonfuls is thrilled to honor Board Member Andy Youniss with this distinction during the VIP reception at the 2017 Ultimate Tailgate Party. Past winners include Christopher Myers + Joanne Chang, Andrew Zimmern, and Jamie Bissonnette.
