Whovians of the galaxy, come one come all, to the Boston Sci-fi Film Festival kick-off event, The Time Traveler’s Ball. At 9 pm, the TARDIS doorway of Somerville theatre’s Crystal ballroom will whoosh you into the timey wimey party, and yes, it’s bigger on the inside. Enjoy a themed cocktail at our cash bar, stirred with sonic screwdrivers. Whirl yourself into a vortex on the dancefloor to tunes from our retro DJ. Costumes are encouraged. Fezzes are cool after all. The time lords have some fabulous prizes waiting for those who enter the costume contest. Test your knowledge of who’s who of Who with our trivia quiz. You’ll surely want pictures with our props and green screen. At this 2-hour event you are sure to have the TIME of your life!
