Feelings. We all have them. Heck, sometimes we project them onto cool dogs or our mom’s new boyfriend Steve! We’ve brought together one real life poet and six real life comedians to give you all a real life poetry slam. THE SLAM needs you to come and judge the vulnerability of these comedians’ feelings!


This month: Special guest poet Annaliese Downey!


Annaliese Downey is a writer and performance artist based in Philadelphia. Her work has been published in Apiary, Sink Review and the Operating System, amongst others. She currently fronts the band Slur, and her latest performance project is KARNSTEIN. Follow her Instagram for depression memes and fake blood selfies at @masturbagory.
