The Skating Club of Boston, New England’s premiere skating training facility, will host their annual Boston Tree Lighting Skating Spectacular at the Boston Common Frog Pond on Thursday, November 29 at 5:00 pm. This year’s event will feature 2006 World Champion, 2007 National Champion and Olympian Kimmie Meissner.
The Skating Spectacular, which is free and open to the public, will showcase Boston’s top skating talent. There will be skating performances by:

Following the show, Mayor Marty Walsh will turn on the lights at the 77th annual Tree Lighting on Boston Common.
The Frog Pond, which was voted the #1 ice skating rink in the U.S. in 2017, will be closed during the day on November 29th to set up for the event, but will be open special hours after the show from 6:30 pm-10:00 pm.
