The Quincy Homestead Public House Tours

The Quincy Homestead is hosting its last Historic House Tour of the 2019 season on September 21st; hours are from 11:00am to 2:30pm, with the last tour beginning at 2:00pm. Quincy Homestead is joining museums and cultural institutions across the country, by participating in Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day 2019 that day.

There is no admission charge for the public tours, but donations to this 501(c)(3) organization are gratefully welcomed. Please visit www.nscdama.org or find us on Facebook at Quincy Homestead 1686 for more information.

A National Historic Landmark, the Quincy Homestead is significant for its role in American history, for its architecture representing three architectural periods, and for serving as a home for five generations of Quincys, one of the leading families of Massachusetts. Quincy Homestead is owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and operated by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) in cooperation with the non-profit The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (nscdama.org).
