Join us for the first installment of our 2019 Pitmaster Dinner Series featuring Jamie Bissonnette.
About this Event
The Smoke Shop's Pitmaster Dinner Series kicks off its second year with Chef Jamie Bissonnette. In partnership with Maker's Mark, our first dinner takes place on Tuesday, September 10th. Tickets include a Maker's Mark specialty event cocktail, passed appetizers, a three course family-style dinner, and a Q&A with Chef Jamie, as well as tax and gratuity.


Tickets are limited and will sell out quickly.

About The Smoke Shop's Pitmaster Dinner Series:


Every fall, The Smoke Shop hosts its popular Pitmaster Dinner Series where Andy invites his chef and barbecue friends (and some of the country's best Chefs and Pitmasters) for a series of special barbecue inspired dinners. Each dinner features a different guest chef who designs the one-night only dinner menu to include appetizers and a 3-course family-style dinner. The 2019 series, in partnership with Maker's Mark, will include dinners by Jamie Bissonnette, Leslie Scott and The BBQ Ninja, and Amy Mills and will feature a special Maker's Mark cocktail. Past guest chefs have included Tuffy Stone, Chris Hart, Bill Gillespie, and Brian Treitman. Tickets to each dinner are limited and available on Eventbrite.


About Jamie:


Chef Jamie Bissonnette is the James Beard Award-winning chef and partner of Boston favorites Toro, a Barcelona-style tapas bar, and sister restaurant Coppa, an Italian enoteca, in the South End. Toro also has homes in New York City, Bangkok, and Dubai. Bissonnette was awarded the inaugural People’s Choice: Best New Chef award by Food & Wine magazine. In May 2014, he was honored with the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Northeast. In 2016, Bissonnette, alongside chef partner Ken Oringer opened Little Donkey, in Cambridge, MA.
