Since its founding in 1955, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has worked alongside the CF community to effectively transform the genetic disease in a single generation, while it continues to search for a cure. Events like The Joey Fund Film Premiere advance the CF Foundation’s life-saving mission: to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care. The O’Donnell family started The Joey Fund in 1986 when their son Joey passed away after a courageous battle with CF.

 

800 guests will gather for an exclusive reception at this year’s new location for cocktails and food from exciting Boston restaurants. Guests will be shuttled via limousine for their private screening. The film will be announced in the coming weeks.
