Welcome to a definitively weird night. We think that "stylistically confused" might be one way to put it.
When you have the glorious riot sounds of Mad Meg's punk chanson noir mixing with the folkloric shamanistic beats of Chinghiz Dub, and Small Foot's fiery Cowpunk (Jamaica Plain locals) you know things are about to get freaky.
On top of that the Hibernian Hall Ballroom space is transformed by interactive installations created by local artists.
The genre bending groups from NYC feature band members from the USA, Georgia, Russia, and Kazakhstan - and their music borrows from every tradition in between. You are in for a cultural shock (within your limits).
