Linh Dinh will read and show photos from his recent essays on Cambodia, Vietnam and Japan. Though Americanized to various degrees, these societies are radically different from the US, and will be more resilient in the long run, he argues. Linh Dinh is the author of Postcards from the End of America, plus nine other books.


Linh Dinh's work is on view as part of Asian Arts Initiative's Then and Now exhibition, on view Mondays-Fridays, 10am-6pm from now until August 17.
