Free Yoga Project was started in 2017 by Lotus Yoga Arlington to make yoga more accessible because we believe that everyone, regardless of where you're from, how you identify or what you believe, you should have access to the physical, mental and emotional benefits of Yoga Practice.


In these difficult times, it is important to care for our mental, emotional and physical health so we can continue to feel our best and be our best to overcome the challenges we face.
