In this core workshop, we will discuss what is core, what gets in the way of core-engagement, and how we can engage on our mats in ways to optimize the use of core in our natural movement. We will work through a variety of exercises to feel the dynamic ways in which we can move from our center. This workshop is great for those who both practice and teach yoga and/or Pilates, those who struggle with feeling deep core engagement, and those simply curious to learn more about and demystify the core.
