Travel through one of the world's most celebrated wine regions - the Côte d'Or. We will be enjoying aged bottlings while touring the villages of this storied wines region, as we sip from Marsannay in the Côte-de-Nuits to Chassagne-Montrachet in the Côte-de-Beaune. They are elegant, refined, earthy and with a distinct Burgundian style. The wines are storied, and the region is known for multi-generational family traditions.
Join Nick Daddona, Wine Director for the Boston Wine & Food Festival for this cellar tour featuring Burgundy's with age and perfect pairings for this four-course dinner created by Chef David Daniels. This Burgundy Dinner is for those looking to experience Burgundy for the first time and the experienced collector!
Featured wines of the evening will include a Lanson Champagne Reception, as well as 2017 Domaine Bruno Clair Vaudenelle Marsannay , 2015 Domaine Humbert Frères Vieilles Vignes Fixin, 2013 Domaine Hudelot-Nollet Chambolle-Musigny, 2011 Domaine Lignier Michelot Morey-Saint-Denis, 2012 Comte Lafon Volnay Santanots du Milieu 1er Cru Volnay, 2013 Domaine Chevalier Corton-Rognet Grand Cru Corton, and 2013 Domaine Guy Amiot Les Macherelles 1er Cru Chassagne-Montrac.
This dinner will take place on Friday, January 13th at 7pm in the Meritage Room of the Boston Harbor Hotel. Tickets are $295, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Tickets can be purchased here.
