Teams drive your organization’s productivity, creativity, and innovation. They can do great things or block progress all together. In fact, a Harvard study found that nearly 80% of leadership teams deliver performance that can be categorized as either poor or mediocre.


Come see how your work team measures up against others in Boston by competing in The Boston Team Challenge. All teams will be given the same problem to solve which has nothing to do with the nature of your business and everything to do with how effectively your team can apply their problem-solving and interpersonal skills.


While there are many decisions to be made in the exercise, there is a best answer to the problem. The question is, does your team have the skills to find it? We’ll learn from scientific research, we’ll learn from the experience, and we’ll learn from each other, all while having fun in the process. Join us for fun, food, and team development.
