Brews and views are the theme once again at The Beehive in celebration of the Boston PRIDE Parade, taking place Saturday, June 8th, 2019! Conveniently located along the parade route and tucked inside the Boston Center for the Arts patio, the South End’s hot spot for brunch, dinner, al fresco dining, and live music will host their third annual PRIDE Beer Garden. From 9:30AM-2:00AM, this is a prime spot for parade-goers to sip on Harpoon’s seasonal brews and nosh on The Beehive’s signature dishes while taking in the festivities all-day long.
From 9:30AM – 3:30PM, guests dining al fresco can enjoy signature brunch dishes prepared by Executive Chef Phil Lewis, including Blueberry & Ricotta Pancakes with crème Chantilly; Braised Pork Shoulder Poutine with home fries, cheddar, pork gravy and poached eggs; Lamb Burger with whipped feta, harissa, tzatziki, cucumber and red onion; Eggs Benedict with country ham, English muffin, kale pesto and hollandaise; and Avocado Toast with roasted beets, pomegranate, jalapeno pesto and fried egg.
That evening, refuel from the day’s festivities and party on through the evening with selections from the restaurant’s dinner menu, including Atlantic Salmon with roasted Romanesco, black rice, cauliflower puree and a walnut-caper salsa Verde; Grilled Skirt Steak with miso butter, red potatoes, romesco, arugula and preserved lemon; and a vibrant Mixed Spring Vegetable Curry with vadouvan spice, black lentils and raita. Whether it’s for pre-parade brunch or a post-parade dinner, The Beehive, conveniently located in the heart of all the action, has it covered with a colorful menu and a day filled with lively celebrations.
