The Acquaintances are a three piece band playing original material ranging in style from Miles Davis to Bob Dylan: Asleep at the Wheel to Frank Zappa. A style we call "Americlectic".
The song writers, guitarist Jeff Entin and Bassist Bob Blum have been playing together over 40 years, and when they were joined by drummer Larry Balastra a few years ago, the unit was complete.
For the last few years they have been playing clubs, halls, dances, and coffee houses throughout upstate N.Y. and New England.
