The 1686 Quincy Homestead is hosting Historic House Tours of the 2019 Season on certain Saturdays from June 1st to September 21st; hours are from 11:00AM to 2:30pm, with the last tour beginning at 2:00pm. Please join us at the Homestead for our next tour on August 3; also, Quincy Quarry and Granite Cutting Museum representatives will demonstrate granite cutting using antique tools that day.

There is no admission charge for the public Tours, but donations to this 501(c)(3) organization are gratefully welcomed. Please visit www.nscdama.org or find us on Facebook at Quincy Homestead 1686 for more information.

A National Historic Landmark, the Quincy Homestead is significant for its role in American history, for its architecture representing three architectural periods, and for serving as a home for five generations of Quincys, one of the leading families of Massachusetts. Enjoy the beautiful house, walk in the gardens, and experience the tangible sense of history - walls talk!

Quincy Homestead is owned by the Commonwealth of Mass., and is and operated by the MA Dept. of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) in cooperation with National Society of Colonial Dames-MA (nscdama.org).
