One of our rules in classes is to “leave a little to mix and match”. This class? Dedicated to that tradition. We’re deconstructing pairing in a way that will have you “ooh-ing” with one cheese and “aah-ing” with the next. Grab a spot if you love playing with your food, lived for “mis-match day” in middle school, or if you really need some inspiration in the kitchen. You’ll leave with a new appreciation for pickles and a drive for always carrying a wedge of cheese in your pocket.
