Wow. Impress. Host like a hero. On November 11th, you'll spend a Saturday at Craigie on Main with James Beard Award-winning Chef, Tony Maws, at a class that will not only point you in the right direction (it will!) but make you the hero of this year's Thanksgiving Feast.
Tony will show you three different turkey cooking techniques: old school roasting, spatchcocking, and the 2-cook method (separate the legs from the breasts). How to actually carve a turkey, talking all about techniques and knives, as well as what to do with all of your turkey leftovers. And, we'll have a in depth conversation about the best beverage choices to have on your Thanksgiving table, led by Craigie on Main's resident Wine Guru Carl York and our team of fantastic bartenders.
