Join Boston calligrapher Liz Roessler (Lettering by Liz) for a small intensive beginners workshop (no previous experience necessary!) on the basics of modern pointed pen calligraphy.
With beginner Romantic lettering under your belt, apply your hand in creating a series of thank you notes to take home and share. With your newfound skills and tools you'll be able to scribe all your future notes with style and grace. Each student will leave with a beginner's kit for continuing practice.
About Albertine Press: Albertine Press is a letterpress print & design studio and paper boutique located in Inman Square, Cambridge, carrying cards, prints, desk accessories, gifts, and curiosities for the paper obsessed. When not designing wedding invitations or peddling artisanal wares, the studio hosts a variety of workshops and events to encourage our community to be creative, share space, and start some great conversations.
