Thai curry is full of unique ingredients and needs different cooking styles and dish decorations. We’ll talk about different types of Thai curry we have in Thailand. We’ll talk about where to buy them and which types you should buy. In this online class, we’ll start with making basic curry paste from scratch and then turn the curry paste into chicken khao soi (crispy yellow noodles in curry soup). While the soup is cooking, we’ll be making curry shrimp cake as an appetizer. We’ll finish the class with lemongrass basil tea. We encourage you to cook along in this class but you are welcome to just watch and learn.
