The Teen Music Lounge is a free, drop-in program at Rock to the Future. On Fridays, 4-6 pm, teens aged 13-17 are welcome to stop by 2139 E Cumberland St. in Fishtown to learn new techniques, create their own projects, and collaborate with other teens under the direction of a teaching artist.
May's teaching artist is stand up comedian Chris Cotton. Chris has worked with many of the best national headliners including Artie Lange, Keith Robinson, Godfrey, Bret Ernst, Tommy Davidson, Kevin Hart, Judah Frielander, and Hannibal Burress. His favorite topics include pop culture, current events, being married, and growing up in Philadelphia.
