Between social media, pressures at school and home, and worries about what you will do and the person you would like to be your brain is experiencing stress on a much more regular basis than our caveman ancestors. Our brains have not yet caught up with this faster pace of life.

Anxiety can be an overwhelming experience, but it is rooted in primal logic. You can learn how to work with your brain to more easily navigate decision making, relationships and clearly seeing how you would like your life to unfold.

In this Neurosculpting Anxiety Workshop for Teens you will...

Be led through rewiring your subconscious reactions for more calm and centered reactions.
