What does it mean to speak from your heart? How does your touch consciously show up for a partner? In this workshop we will explore the art of touch. Touch can remove blocks of anxiety and patterns that swell the nervous system. We will explore the senses and what it means to give and receive. Improve upon relationships and open up to a higher consciousness of pleasure.
Expect to work with partners, bring blanket, mat or pillow to sit on. There is no nudity.

Expand and transform energy space
Awareness through breath
Dissolve resistance
Embody tantric touch of love
