Tamagawa University’s world-renowned Taiko Drum and Dance Troupe returns to Philadelphia this spring for the 2019 Subaru Cherry Blossom festival presented by the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia (JASGP). The group fuses traditional Japanese festival dance choreography with heart-pounding percussions in a performance that will charm spectators of all ages.
The performance will be in the Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall at Philips Memorial Hall Building located at 700 South High Street in West Chester, PA 19383. Tickets are $12 for balcony seats and $17 for orchestra seats and may be purchased online at www.wcupa.edu/oca/wcuLive/currentSeason.aspx.
