What is Startup Institute's TalentExpo?
Startup Institute's TalentExpo is one of the best events of the season. We've turned the traditional career fair on it's head by putting our talented student body on display, demo-day style. Students with diverse backgrounds and skill sets will be given 60 seconds to pitch their interest and passions to a crowd of Boston-based organizations.
Why Startup Institute Boston's TalentExpo?
If you're looking to build your team with fresh talent or want to meet some of Boston's best startups and the people behind them, this is the event for you. Out students have completed 8-weeks of intensive, targeted instruction to prepare them to be a high impact startup employee from day one. You'll hear from students with diverse backgrounds and skill sets in Web Development, Product & Design, Technical Marketing, and Sales & Account management. Over 150 companies have already hired one of our 400 grads!
After the presentations, we invite you to stick around for networking and a light lunch.

• 10AM-10:30AM: Coffee and Arrival
• 10:30AM: Intro from Allan Telio, VP and Director of Startup Institute Boston
• 10:45AM: Student Presentations Begin
• 11:45AM: Pitches End
• 12PM-1:30PM: Networking and Lunch

The Benefit for Non-Partner Companies:
If you or the company you work for hires a student you meet through Startup Institute, the company only pays a success fee if the person stays at least 90 days. The success fee for companies under 30 employees is $3,000 and for companies over 30 employees the fee is $3,500.
