Take Control of Your Pain: Boston is only weeks away! Come connect with experts in pain care and fellow pain warriors on Nov. 10 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School.


Co-hosted by U.S. Pain and the Academy of Integrative Pain Management, the event is free and lunch will be provided.

12:10 - 1:10 PM: Lunch with Virtual Reality Demonstrations


1:10 - 1:40 PM "How Integrative Medicine Helped: Experience from a Pain Patient" with Lynn Crisci, a Boston Marathon bombing survivor and INvisible Project participant


1:45 - 2:15 PM: "Physical Movement for Pain Control" with John Garzione, PT, DPT, physical therapist and owner of Chenango Therapeutics


2:20 - 2:30 PM: Break/Stretch


2:30 - 3:00 PM: "Overcoming Barriers to Integrative Pain Management" with Bruce Singer, PsyD, a pain psychologist and book author.

We want you to be as comfortable as possible, so there are numerous breaks built into the day. We also encourage you to bring whatever items you need -- special cushions, pillows, chairs, etc.
