Join us as we focus on movements and techniques designed to improve energy, quiet the mind, and bring about tranquility.


Adults of all ages and physical abilities are welcome. No prior experience required.


Saturday February 12th at the Human Harmonies Location (located within Body Mind Systems), 1739 Centre Street, West Roxbury at 8:45 am


Pre-registration and mask required. Please note that the City of Boston now mandates that attendants present proof of vaccination in addition to wearing a face covering and social distancing.
