Elegant dancers in plumes and garters serve cocktails and charm while you enjoy a three-course meal, each course paired with a unique cocktail, at one of the top whiskey bars in the country.


Announcing this month's theme: "Meat & Potatoes," a celebration of classic American food, drinks, and entertainment. With sultry but playful burlesque from Pearl Buttons and soulful vocals from R&B songstress Zaire, take all of your senses on a journey through American history:


Appetizers:
Parker house rolls, black sesame butter
Tempura battered “corndog," house beer mustard, kraut powder


Main course:
Seared Bavette Steak,rutabage robuchon,garlic spinach,demi glace,crispy mushrooms


Dessert:
Molten lava cake, luxardo cherry ice cream, cocoa nib crumble
