Sunset Yoga on the Esplanade

Whether you’re a beginner or expert our yoga program allows you to challenge your mind and body while enjoying beautiful river views. Increase your flexibility and muscle tone, while achieving calmness, stress reduction and overall body awareness. Namaste! Classes begin 7/15 Classes sponsored by Athleta. Refreshments provided by Polar Beverages and CLIF.

*Please note: Yoga mats will not be available at class. Participants wishing to use mats should bring their own.

Healthy, Fit & Fun promotes exercise and good health in a fun, group setting. People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to come get fit and make new friends while enjoying the beauty of the Esplanade. The Esplanade Association partners with organizations around Boston to offer a diverse array of expert-led fitness classes. All classes are free and open to the public. Registration is required to participate. You may pre-register below or register at the event.

The 2015 season begins with a special kick off event on July 9th and runs through September 10th. Thanks to our partners we are able to offer a great range of programs including favorites from last season as well as exciting new classes. This year we are excited to welcome our snack and beverage partners CLIF, Polar Beverages, and Zico. Attend our classes and get the chance to learn about their products, get free samples, and more!.
