Join meditators all throughout New England for our Sunday Morning Meditations livestream! In this class, we explore a step-by-step approach to self-improvement and growth called "The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment". This ancient system is just as beneficial for people today as it was when it was presented over 1,000 years ago.


Each class contains time to look at one of the 21 stages of the path, and provides time to do two meditations based on this exploration. There is plenty of advice on how to integrate this knowledge into our life situation right here and right now!
