About Sun Spiral Celebration
Celebrate the summer solstice beneath the sunset at Holt Hill in mindfulness.
Together, we will embark on a mindful journey up Holt Hill, listening to the sounds of daylight shifting into night. Once at the top, we will gather in a circle for intuitive, gentle movement through the elements, and design an earthen sun spiral to welcome in the summer sun. We will soak up the experience with meditation, and thank both earth and sun for meeting on the solstice. An offering of sunlight-infused tea and hand-painted solstice cards is included!
Bring a reusable container for tea, a blanket or towel to sit on if desired, and a mask.
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Face masks are required unless stationary at your mat and distanced from others.
