Join Beverly native Tachou Brown for a multigenerational yoga experience in honor of the summer solstice. Move, breathe and then settle in for a reading of You Are Light, by Aaron Becker.

Slow down and awaken your senses on a guided walk and therapeutic experience in the Ropes Mansion Garden. Forest bathing is part of a global effort to tend to our own well-being amid the stress of living in modern industrialized civilization.
