In cold weather, the agni naturally moves towards the center of the body. We will discuss and practice yoga postures and breathing techniques for governing the directionality of prana. Learn how to make the most of yoga’s tools for the ups and downs, and ins and outs of daily life.


The sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda share key concepts in physical and subtle anatomy, Sankhya philosophy, and application of asana and pranayama for health and self-transformation. These classes will use asana and pranayama sequences to integrate ayurvedic wisdom into practice. Topics will include yoga for the seasons, times of day, and phases of life, as well as for digestion, detoxification, and rejuvenation.


This masterclass is for to serious students, teachers, and Ayurveda students. The class will include asana, so please come dressed for yoga.
