Commemorating 30 years of BNN-TV's first and longest-running Hiphop video show, STRICKLY HIPHOP.


In 1987, business partners Al McFarland and M.C. Spice founded Strickly Hiphop TV in an effort to give local talent a platform to showcase their videos, music, poetry and dancing. Hosted by co-founder M.C. Spice, Strickly Hiphop has also been hosted by radio greats Chuck Dogg and Rocsi (of B.E.T. fame). To this day, Strickly Hiphop can be seen Saturdays at 11pm on BNN-TV's Channel 23/Boston, and online at bnntv.org
